Shared Mental Health means looking at mental health as more than an individual matter. It is a shared responsibility that each of us can contribute to within our own circles.

A key aspect of Shared Mental Health is recognising how much our social environment matters. The people around us can support our mental health in many ways: through emotional support, fresh perspectives and a sense of belonging.
