In a world often shaped by individualism and the drive to perform, we at mend-o take a new, fresh approach. We call it Shared Mental Health.

Shared Mental Health starts from the idea that our mental health is a shared responsibility as well as a personal matter. It recognises that all of us, as individuals, families, colleagues and communities, play a part in promoting and maintaining mental health.

For us, Shared Mental Health also means making mental health something people can experience together, through play. Shared experiences open up new perspectives, build understanding and give people natural reasons to talk. A topic that often feels heavy becomes something we can approach together, without pressure.
